Gorgeous Marta welcomed me, with a group of her bridesmaids, at her stylish apartment in Platinum Residence in Warsaw. They all wore charming, white petticoats that perfectly matched white interiors of the place. Such a meeting is a great, relaxing idea for a wedding day and also a great moment to take some bridal party portraits.
At the same time, Andrey, after traditional meeting with his closest family, headed to the church with his best men. They walked slowly, smoking cigars, talking and joking.
The first look of the bride and groom took place at the church, during the beginning of the ceremony. Such a traditional way of doing this is exceptional and unforgetable. Andrey was waiting at the altar, when Marta with her father walked down the aisle, wearing the most unique dress. The atmosphere was very sublime, and Marta's mum could not withhold tears of joy and emotion.
After the ceremony, the guests were invited to a relaxed cocktail at Villa Julianna, and the bride and groom went for a short walk, just the two of them and us, to their favorite places in Warsaw. We often encourage you to do such a break, to have a half and hour just for you, and it is also a great opportunity to make perfect portraits of you two. Your emotions at that time are truly exceptional, your joy, excitement, happiness. It is definitely worth catching.
A typical Belorussian reception of Marta and Andrey was full of traditional rituals and funny situations. When we got to the place, everybody waited with a toast and wishes. We took a while to take some group portraits and the party started for good. It was a reception with no single break. Even during the meals, guests had numerous surprises for the couple, sang sons, brought presents, made speeches and jokes. And of course were dancing like crazy. At midnight, the couple walked to the garden surrounded by beautiful sparklers making the day even more special.
