London is our favourite place as we search for the urban, modern mood. Huge, multicultural, colorful, musical, full of lights and shadows, beautiful architecture and delicious food. The city that amazes us with something new, every time we are there. The city, we walk through at least a dozen or so kilometers a day, looking for unknown spots and returning to already known localisations. One day, we have promised ourselves to visit London at least once a year, and for the last few years, we have kept the promise. We always like going to Camden Town, wander through food trucks and small stands with artistic jewelry, try new tastes and drink fresh orange juice. Last time there, we discovered Shoreditch, which we visited with Magda and Lukas, in search for Banksy's wall art - their london photo shoot is here
This time, we went to London with Ada and Tom, whose wedding we are going to photograph this May. A quick pre-wedding trip for an engagement photo shoot was a totally spontaneous decision, and these we like the most. We started the day at the King's Cross station, known to Harry Potter fans, for it's Platform 9 and 3/4, available only for wizards. After having coffee in our fav Joe the Juice, we rushed to the South Bank. this time, we wanted to focus on monumental architecture of National Gallery and Tate Modern, reveal their potential and for a break walk among blooming cherry trees in large patios. We ate burgers in Borough Market, where you can always find something delicious and cheap and then finished going for a beer in Soho. Actually, we finished at Piccadilly Circus going shopping. Ada and Tom, thank you for your trust and smile, for interesting talks and patience during our very long photographic tours. We can't wait till your wedding day and reception in amazing Palac Czosnowskich.
