look It is sometimes also called a symbolic wedding, it is one of the ways of getting married and replaces the religious form of this ceremony. It is very popular in Great Britain - there the number of couples choosing this form of wedding is currently greater than those choosing a Catholic wedding. A civil wedding conducted by an official is often very short and formal, so couples who want to give this ceremony a more personal and solemn dimension willingly choose to organize a humanist wedding. What we think is the most beautiful in these weddings is the individual character - there are no two identical humanistic weddings, no two identical oaths, because there are no two identical couples. That is why these ceremonies are so unique and memorable. The most personal, touching and emotional.
What the wedding will look like depends only on the bride and groom. The wedding may be conducted by the master or mistress of the ceremony and this person gives an interesting speech and may suggest the text of the oath or, which is the most common solution, the bride and groom write the texts of their oaths and read them officially to each other. But a humanist wedding can also be organized without a host, as was the case with Martyna and Lalit, who put their rings on themselves and made personal vows by the pond in Dworek Zieliński w Łodzi. Such weddings can be arranged in virtually any place, often couples decide on a forest, lake shore or other natural circumstances, in the vicinity of the hall, where they will invite their guests for refreshments, just like Danka and Erwin when they swore by the lake near the Hotel Herbarium. Some couples choose this type of wedding if they want to make vows in remote places, on a mountain top, on a beach, island or even more unusual place that comes to mind. Certainly, each of the humanist weddings in which we had the honor to participate was unique, one of a kind and incredibly moving.
A humanistic wedding is also chosen by couples who, unfortunately, do not have the opportunity to enter into an official civil wedding. It is, like a religious ceremony, purely symbolic and does not result in a civil law contract between two people, but it is a contract of hearts, a holiday and the most important day for everyone who wants to officially announce to their relatives the conclusion of a relationship and the creation of their new family. We support all couples who choose this wedding and hope that they will soon have formal options to choose from.
A wonderful, warm and loving couple whose photography was pure pleasure. The girls chose barn Cicha 23 for their wedding, where we had already been before and we can't imagine a better choice. Magic works, there was a lot of sun, warmth, smiles, joy, tears of emotion and everything in lush vegetation, a mysterious forest, shrouded in the delicate light of a thousand small lamps. There was eating ice cream in the open air, conversations on deckchairs, madness on the dance floor, hugs with loved ones and, above all, there was love.
